10. è del parere che ad evitare che il richiedente abusi della procedura di sequestro conservativo protraendo senza ragione l'azione principale, al convenuto deve essere dato il diritto di chiedere che l'ordine sia revocato su questa base, e che il tribunale emittente debba anche avere il potere, a sua discrezione, di annullare l'ordine di sequestro conservativo su prova di mala fides o di grave negligenza da parte del richiedente con riguardo al progresso del procedimento.
10. Is of the opinion that, in order to prevent the applicant from abusing the attachment process by unreasonably protracting the main proceedings, the respondent should be given the right to apply for the order to be set aside on that ground, and that the issuing court should also be empowered, in its discretion, to annul the attachment order upon proof of mala fides or gross negligence on the part of the applicant with regard to the progress of the proceedings.
